Four years ago the left field fence at Guppy Park was starting to lean back and fall down the steep embankment immediately behind it. After trucking in many yards of fill over the past few years we have built up and leveled off the ground behind the outfield fence and have created an access road for service and mowing.

The proceeds from last years Patriots Pool allowed us to hire Mark Wentworth Excavation to move and grade the recent fill that was donated by Coolidge Construction, gaining us passage and safety behind the left field fence.

Now the fence won't continue to fall down the hill, the mowers can access behind the fences, and retrieval of homerun balls will be much easier and safer.
